Kirby Bates Associates, a national Healthcare Management Firm, is seeking talented, self-directed, and flexible nursing leaders for Interim Management engagements in a variety of hospital settings throughout the United States. We are looking for Interim Chief Nursing Officers and Clinical Directors that do more than just fill a role. We are seeking committed leaders willing to make a difference in healthcare organizations by developing, coaching, and supporting existing staff, as well as, transferring valuable skills to permanent employees.

Interim assignments provide attractive compensation packages including housing and local transportation, as well as a minimum of twice a month travel home.
We currently have opportunities for Chief Nursing Officers, Perioperative Directors, Patient Care Clinical Directors, Emergency Services Directors, Critical Care Nurse Managers/Directors and Directors of Case Management and/or Quality. The typical candidate has between fifteen and twenty years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, a BSN with Master’s and specialty certification preferred.
