We then prepare specific, well-defined deliverables for each engagement.We monitor each engagement carefully to be sure that the Interim Manager has the tools and support necessary to be successful.

The vast majority of our InterimManagement engagements are extended, and we frequently have more than one InterimManager at a given organization. Once the quality of our candidates is realized, we are frequently invited to fill additional roles.
